My first editing project was to assist in editing proofs of the June/July issue before it was printed.

Following the June/July issue, I assisted in editing proofs of the next issue, August/September. For this issue, I was able to edit in Illustrator, allowing me to familiarize myself with the program. In addition to editing, I wrote two articles for this issue.

I had an additional opportunity to assist in the editing of another sister publication of Tallahassee Woman, Tallahassee Teen, working alongside the publication's editor.
